Franchise
We're looking for owner-operators in mountain towns, ski towns, and small New England communities who care about doing one thing really well.
Small-market first
Towns of 1,000–15,000 people. We don't want to be in Times Square. We want to be in the town you love.
Flame-grill model
Simple kitchen, simple menu, real fire. Faster training, lower overhead, easier to staff than most fast-casual.
Owner-operator only
We don't sell to absentee investors. If you're not in the restaurant weekly, this isn't for you.
Proven unit economics
Our Kingfield location hit break-even in month 9. Full P&L and ROI details shared at discovery stage.
